Loved it! Beautiful apartment with the beach literally at your doorstep. Lovely balcony to look at the ocean with sun beds & table & chairs. Inside it was very clean and modern with a well equipped kitchen. Great games room for our kids with a pool table & ping pong table. Indoor heated pool & spa. Nice outdoor pool area too. Staff were very friendly.

Mark and Dana are so welcoming and friendly, and Pelican Sands is absolutely beautiful. It is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach, clean and well presented inside with everything you need. My 4 young kids and I just stayed 4 nights in 502 and it was so wonderful. They loved the pool too! They commented yesterday on our last day that one of their favourite parts was how friendly Mark and Dana were. Fantastic place all round :)

As an ex travel agent, I often drive myself crazy trying to find the best deal and best accommodation within our budget as a family of 5, I can spend days doing this, but also know that the best deal isn’t always the best experience, so I go on reviews and affordability. We only live 15 minutes drive from this resort, but often passed by on family walks, and wanted to stay on the beach with ocean views. I normally like to do it all online, but after reading the reviews about the management Dana and Mark being so nice, I felt comfortable calling and explaining wanted I was looking for, Dana was exceptional and I explained my vision of our break away and she said “yes I have the place for you that just came available” it’s like she knew me personally, I am not always easy to please when it comes to accommodation, but it’s absolutely amazing, views from all rooms of the ocean, so spacious, comfortable and clean, and it didn’t break the bank, my husband had no idea what I had booked and I told him it was a 3 star, when we checked in to our room he said wow only a 3 star that’s surprising. For us it has been a 5 star experience, you can’t beat amazing friendly service from people who truly care about you enjoying your stay, and put so much effort in to ensuring you have a great stay. We are in room 702 and you may find it free if I haven’t booked it out indefinitely ha ha. A must when in the area is to go a café called Niche & Co. You won’t regret it.
